I noticed on the Takara packaging that it's marked "MP-1". Does that confirm that we'll be getting more masterpiece versions?

i think the word was "of prime sells well yes" and i think prime is selling pretty damn well. so while we may not get many (if any) decepticons in Binaltech because of the base vehicle types i think we may very well get some very kool MP decepticons that will fit in with MP.
this is the best time to be a transformer fan since G1.

It's sad that we probably won't get a Masterpiece Megatron because of him transforming into a gun and all. I just don't see how they could get him to look just as good as a gun as he is in robot form. Maybe they'll pull it off. I actually wouldn't mind a Megatron that didn't transform at all and just stayed in robot form, Masterpiece-style... just so he could compliment Prime.
